Clash – Artifacts of Chaos – Story Trailer introduces the game with a unique look

Clash: Artifacts of Chaos immediately catches the eye with its impressively independent graphic style. The look is really unique, at least we don’t know anything similar. This is due not only to the mix of hand-painted textures and environments, but also to the creature and world design that is second to none. The title is now presented in a new trailer (see above) and will be released for PS4 and PS5, as well as Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X.

This is Clash: Artifacts of Chaos

That’s what it’s about: As the new story trailer explains in detail, the story revolves around a little boy. He lost his grandfather and blames himself. He thinks he’s cursed and that’s why his brother doesn’t want anything to do with him either.

But then he gets help from the main character of the game and it turns out that a powerful ruler with many heads is interested in the boy. Apparently he has hidden healing powers that could come in handy. However, this multi-headed ruler also wields a very powerful artifact, and that doesn’t bode well.

Curious, exciting art style: The most striking thing about Clash: Artifacts of Chaos is of course the unusual graphic style. Photorealism is of course not the goal here, but something very special, a kind of mixture of painting and comic. Add to that the fantastic characters and the strange environment.

Does that sound familiar to you? If you recognized the world and characters: Clash: Artifacts of Chaos is a game from Chilean development studio ACE Team Software. Not only did they make The Eternal Cylinder, which is also very bizarre, but they also developed Zeno Clash and its successor. It seems that with Clash – Artifacts of Chaos we will return to that world.

when is it coming On February 9, 2023. If all goes well and the game doesn’t need to be delayed, Clash: Artifacts of Chaos should be released on this date. The release is planned for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X.

What do you think of the trailer, the game and especially the very quirky look?
