“Enteron” in “Lion’s Cave”: Rosberg beats Maschmeyer – and cracks the deal! | entertainment

Money does not stink…

On Monday evening, the family business around Thomas Logical (55) and his descendants Josephine (35), Leonard (21) and Jonas (21) threw an environmentally friendly mini water treatment plant for yachts and houseboats in the “Lion’s Cave”.

Anyone who owns a houseboat and wants to do business on the water sometimes faces a challenge: the dirty water usually has to be collected in tanks and mixed with chemicals – which is neither practical nor environmentally friendly.

That is why the sailing enthusiasts of the Logisch family developed their sustainable “Enteron” – based on a fixed principle. Josephine: “The process is similar to that of an intestine. It works completely biologically, with bacteria and without chemicals.” In the end, the dirty water can even be discharged into the surrounding water without hesitation.

Ingenious and profitable – because the “guts for the boat” already brings a lot of money. Since 2019, the family has already generated a turnover of 1.5 million. And that’s not all: a leading Dutch shipyard even wants to install the “Enteron” as standard.

Strong numbers that impressed even the lions. The special thing: for 25 percent of their “Enteron”, the Logicians asked only 150,000 euros.

Leeuwin Dagmar Wöhrl (68) wondered: “You are so far in development, you have your orders, you actually want a small amount for this great product. Why are you here? It can’t be the money!”

Is correct! Because instead of a lot of money, the Logicians were looking for a strong partner for international expansion. Especially the US, where tech investor Carsten Maschmeyer (63) has important contacts, should be provided with the “Enteron” in the future.

Good for the founders: the investor made the family an offer, but wanted 25.01 percent to have a say in strategic decisions.

But Maschmeyer wasn’t the only one who wanted to finalize the underdeck gut deal. Former Formula 1 world champion Nico Rosberg (37) also felt big business.

He even warned: “With all due respect, but if you were to make the deal with Carsten here today, that would be a very, very big mistake!” What he meant: Rosberg has close contacts with the largest brand for eco-catamarans, was absolutely clear: “I am one hundred percent the right investor for you!”

But that wasn’t true anyway: Because although the Logical family eventually decided on TV for the deal with Rosberg, there was no collaboration after the show.

How so? Due to different ideas about the strategic orientation, the show deal for the “Enteron” did not become big business.

Vegan herring moves you to tears

Another deal caused great emotions – the product sounds quite sober at first. Herring salad! Martina Kühn (63) and her son Alexander Jens (44) presented the jury with a vegan variant based on aubergines. When all the lions enthusiastically smacked their lips and praised the product in rare unity, Alexander was already fighting the tears.

But then it became critical: “Frozen chain” is the fear word that experience has shown almost all lions flinch. Even Ralf Dümmel preferred to keep his hands on “Taste Like”, almost ashamed of the sympathetic founding duo’s rejection.

But in the end, lioness Dagmar Wöhrl mustered up the courage and clawed at the fresh non-meat! Tears, for which no fish have to die, flowed from founder Alexander. Unlike “Enteron”, this deal also held up. Entrepreneur Wöhrl even managed to get the product on the frozen shelves of a supermarket chain (Lidl) from Thursday.
